City of Galena Inspections

K Corp Reliance Company provided an external API 653 inspection and two STI inspections to the City of Galena. These inspections included visual, and NDE methods. KRC gathered shell data, appurtenance locations, UT data, and appurtenance conditions. KRC coordinated with onsite personnel as well as contractors in order to ensure that any repairs and or major problems where corrected in a timely manner. Upon finishing the inspection, KRC created a report documenting all relevant findings, UT data recorded, and photos of the tank.
